Woman charged with conspiracy to murder after Plymouth acid attack

A woman has been charged with conspiracy to murder following the acid attack which left a man in his 30s fighting for his life in Plymouth.

Paris Wilson, 34, of The Quay, Plymouth, is set to appear at Plymouth Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 24 April. She faces the following serious charges:

  • Conspiracy to murder
  • Conspiracy to kidnap
  • Participation in a criminal activity of an Organised Crime Group

The charges follow a violent acid attack which occurred at a property on Lipson Road in the early hours of Friday 21 February 2025.

Emergency services were called around 3:55am after reports of a serious assault involving a corrosive substance. The victim remains in hospital in a serious condition.

This case has already drawn national attention, with links to organised crime and coordinated arrests across the UK.

Devon and Cornwall Police have now charged a total of eight people in connection with the attack, following a joint operation with the Metropolitan Police.

Plymouth Plus has previously reported on the seven other individuals charged, including several men from London and a woman from Ernesettle Green, Plymouth. All are believed to be connected to a larger criminal network.
