A Plymouth man has embarked on a remarkable 100-mile charity hike across the South West.

Kirk O'Connor set off from Ilfracombe on Wednesday, 12 March, and has been hiking tirelessly towards his hometown of Plymouth.

The inspiring journey comes after Kirk's Dad tragically passed away earlier this year, only six weeks after his cancer diagnosis.
