Man left unconscious after brutal attack outside Drake Circus

A man has been left with serious injuries after being attacked in the early hours of this morning, 30 March.

The man is currently undergoing treatment at Derriford Hospital after the attack which took place at around 4.45am today.

The attack occurred outside of Drakes Circus on Charles Street and left a man unconscious with serious injuries.

Two men aged 18 and 19 both from Launceston have been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent. They remain in police custody.

It was reported that a man was assaulted by two males who repeatedly kicked him in the head, causing him to lose consciousness.
