Family’s desperate appeal after 17-year-old girl vanishes

A Plymouth family launched a desperate appeal after their 17-year-old went missing and failed to turn up at work yesterday morning, Tuesday 11 March.

Holly who has since been found safe, was reported missing after her employer received a text message saying that she ‘had a neck injury and was going to hospital’, according to a Facebook post by her father.

The post also claimed that her phone has since been off, and her location has vanished since 8 am, with her last known location being outside her workplace.

At the time, Holly’s family raised concerns about suspicious online activity involving a male from the Birmingham area.

The father has also confirmed that he has contacted hospitals with 'no signs of her at the hospital' in addition to reporting her missing to the police.

Plymouth Plus are pleased to confirm that Holly has since been found safe.

Devon and Cornwall Police have confirmed to Plymouth Plus that she was located safe by police last night.
