Residents in Plymouth have been left concerned tonight after an emergency siren ‘goes off’ and flares have ‘lit up the sky’.
It is unclear at this stage what has happened.
We are just as concerned as the numerous residents who have contacted us tonight asking us if the sound was the Devonport Dockyard nuclear siren.
